People don’t set out to build their faith on myths and urban legends, but somehow these falsehoods keep showing up in the way many Christians think about life and God. Eventually life will expose these lies, but sadly by that time the result is often a spiritual disaster of confusion, feelings of betrayal, a distrust of scripture, loss of faith, or anger toward both the church and God. But it doesn’t have to be this way…the truth is meant to set us free-not hurt us.
